Inspects, monitors and evaluates providers, practices and outcomes
Supports and protects the rights of service-users

Quality Culture:

Quality culture includes both measures geared to improve quality and individual and collective commitment to maintaining and improving quality and
Individual and collective commitment to VET quality maintenance and improvement
